ARRI is enhancing the camera system metadata described in SMPTE RDD 55:2022 (“Material Exchange Format — Carriage of ARRI Camera System Metadata” / download from SMPTE for free), using the scheme-based revision mechanism described in Annex C of that document. This page provides access to revised schemes that, eventually, will be consolidated into a new revision of SMPTE RDD 55, and other schemes that are used in ART software tools to export metadata in JSON format. We are using the informal name ‘RDD 55:202X’ to indicate this consolidating revision.
