Chris Richter,

As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on ARRI’s Management Board, Chris Richter leads the company’s global commercial organization, overseeing sales across the Americas, EMEAI, and APAC, as well as ARRI Rental and corporate communications. By aligning customer engagement with ARRI’s global brand positioning, he drives a unified commercial strategy worldwide. Richter joined ARRI in 2017 to establish the ARRI Certified Pre‑Owned program and has since held various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Sales & Rental ARRI Group. Prior to ARRI, he spent two decades with Eastman Kodak’s Motion Picture Division in international sales and marketing leadership positions.

Marcel Koutstaal,
Chief Operating Officer

Marcel Koutstaal is Chief Operating Officer (COO) on ARRI’s Management Board. He is responsible for ARRI’s global operations and companywide product development activities, strengthening operational performance, delivery capability, and cross-functional execution. Koutstaal brings extensive international leadership experience in operational transformation and high-end camera technology, with deep expertise spanning studio, outside broadcast, remote, and cloud-based production environments. Before joining ARRI, he held senior leadership positions at Grass Valley and NEP, where he led large-scale operations and transformation initiatives.

David Bermbach,
Chief Product Officer

On ARRI’s Management Board, David Bermbach serves as Chief Product Officer (CPO) and leads the company’s unified product strategy across camera and lighting technologies, strengthening alignment between innovation, product roadmap, and customer needs as ARRI advances integrated solutions across hardware, software, and services. At ARRI, he held roles in technical sales and application development in Los Angeles and later led project management for the ALEXA Mini in Munich. He subsequently headed global technology at ARRI Rental and was named Vice President and Technical Head of Business Unit Solutions in 2023. He began his career in R&D at Motorola.

Philipp Rinn,
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on ARRI’s Management Board, Philipp Rinn oversees Finance and key corporate functions. He supports ARRI’s ongoing transformation with a focus on financial discipline, transparency, performance improvement, and sustainable value creation. Rinn brings extensive experience in finance, controlling, transformation, and turnaround management. Before joining ARRI, he was Senior Vice President at AlixPartners and held several leadership roles at Struktur Management Partner, advising companies in complex transformation situations with clear strategic direction and financial expertise.
