Leitung Konzernrechnungswesen und Tax *
Your Tasks
- Gesamtverantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahreskonzernabschlüsse nach HGB inkl. Anhang und Lagebericht
- Steuerung des gesamten Konsolidierungsprozesses inkl. Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Konzernrechnungslegung
- Fachliche Führung und Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften in Bilanzierungs- und Steuerfragen
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Steuerbereich der Gruppe (Tax Compliance, Betriebsprüfungen, Transfer Pricing, Fristenmanagement)
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten (Automatisierung, Systemoptimierung, internationale Schulungen)
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Finanzen oder Steuern; idealerweise ergänzt um Steuerberaterqualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen, in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Tax-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Konzernabschluss nach HGB sowie fundierte Praxis im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA (FI), Group Accounting sowie digitalen Finance-Prozessen
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit analytischer Stärke, klarer Kommunikation und souveränem Auftreten auf Management-Level
