Since 2022, ARRI Lighting occupies an additional location in Southern Germany. In Brannenburg, just a 20-minute drive from the factory in Stephanskirchen, ARRI has set up its Global Application & Services department and the Distribution Logistics team for the lighting division. The modern office complex is state-of-the-art in terms of energy, technology, and infrastructure.
The ARRI Global Application & Services team has more than 500 square-meters of office, workshop, studio, and storage space at their disposal. The ARRI Lighting team in Brannenburg takes care of all topics related to optimal user support in all technical matters. This work includes accompanying the development process with regard to simple maintenance and product repair, spare parts management, creation and maintenance of the online spare parts catalog, support of the worldwide service branches, monitoring of worldwide service cases for early problem detection, writing and sending out technical information, creating repair manuals, as well as the development and implementation of service trainings.
The Brannenburg location also functions as a service center for repairing customer equipment and the refurbishing of lighting fixtures. From the professionally equipped streaming studio on site, ARRI enables online service training as well as online support for repairs in remote regions of the world.
The complete Distribution Logistics team for ARRI Lighting is located in Brannenburg. From here, ARRI Lighting distributes its products to destinations all over the world.
