Your Tasks
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Materialgruppenstrategie für die Warengruppe „Elektronik“
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams im Bereich Elektronik
- Optimierung des Warengruppenkonzeptes und Eruierung von Kosteneinsparpotentialen
- Verantwortung für das Risiko- und Krisenmanagement im Bereich Elektronik
- Analyse von Marktpotenzialen und Durchführung von Benchmarks auf Basis der TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Lieferantenstrategie sowie Erstellung einer Lieferantenauswahlmatrix
- Lieferantenmanagement und Lieferantenentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachabteilung
- Verhandlungen, Abschluss und Vertragsgestaltung von Lieferantenverträgen (AGB, NDA, Rahmenverträge) inklusive der Auftragsvergabe
- Analyse von Einkaufskennzahlen und Vorbereitung von Einkaufsreports
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, technischer BWL oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Berufserfahrung im (internationalen) strategischen Einkauf
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung technischer Projekte
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Geschäftspartnern aller Ebenen
- Lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
