ARRI employee benefits

Your career at ARRI comes with multiple benefits for your work and private life, depending on location.

  • ARRI offers a wide range of monetary benefits for employees. We support your private retirement plan and, depending on your location, pay various contributions. Our company restaurant in Munich offers subsidized prices. Also, look forward to mobility advantages such as subsidies for travel costs, train tickets, or our company’s bike program. For employees covered by collective agreements, ARRI offers very good compensation according to labor union agreements. We also guarantee continuous payment for dual students during the semester.

  • At ARRI, we are all about flexibility. Employees are entitled to 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and various mobile working options. You can individually organize your mobile working days according to the latest company agreement. ARRI is closed on days between public holidays and weekends; on these days our employees are - depending on the locaion - off duty.

  • Your career at ARRI is important to us. We offer employees a wide range of trainings, seminars, and courses to strengthen their personal skills individually and in line with requirements. For our ARRI apprentices, we guarantee employment opportunities after their training, therefore offering them a secure start to their professional careers.

  • Your well-being is key for ARRI! We organize regular workshops and awareness days to make sure our employees keep their physical and mental health top of mind. We also offer health checks as well as other services and activities via our own company doctor in Munich.
