RCP integration with ALEXA 35 Live

The powerful and customizable Skaarhoj RCP Pro ARRI V2B is offered through ARRI sales channels as part of the ALEXA 35 Live system. Extensive collaboration with Skaarhoj has optimized this bespoke RCP solution, which combines a flexible interface with classical shading control. With its standard Sony RCP form factor and PoE (Power over Ethernet) or AC adapter options, the Skaarhoj is quick and easy to install in OB vans or control rooms.

Since many customers switching to ALEXA 35 Live will want to leverage existing infrastructure, the system is also compatible with CyanView’s RCP.

Take full creative control

By using ARRI’s Camera Access Protocol (CAP), the Skaarhoj RCP enables traditional live painting as well as full control over camera settings, including some not covered by other RCPs, such as REC start/stop, playback, and the selection of looks, ARRI Textures, multi-matrix color correction, and setup files.

Skaarhoj Reactor web interface

The Skaarhoj Reactor web interface is a powerful and sophisticated feature of the Skaarhoj RCP offered by ARRI. This versatile online tool allows users to streamline the setup and configuration of their remote control panels with simple inputting of IP addresses and automatic discovery of compatible devices on the network. Advanced setups can involve the manual naming and assigning of devices, and even custom configurations of the button functions according to the needs of the production.
