Wolfgang Boersig, Managing Director  

Wolfgang Boersig (center) was appointed Managing Director Finance & Corporate Functions of Arnold & Richter Cine Technik GmbH in Munich, Germany, in May 2025. In this role, he is responsible for all financial matters and oversees corporate functions across the organization. Wolfgang Boersig brings over 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, and transformation to ARRI. Before joining the company, Wolfgang Boersig was Chief of Staff at IHO Holding GmbH & Co. KG, leading Strategy, Treasury, and Controlling. He played a key role in shaping strategic and financial initiatives across the group. Previously, he served as Co-CEO and CFO at ABT e-Line GmbH, where he led financial restructuring and organizational development during a key growth phase. He spent over ten years at Schaeffler AG in senior roles, including Head of Strategy & Corporate Development and Head of Treasury, focusing on transformation programs and global corporate finance. Earlier in his career, he held various roles at Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt in corporate development and business controlling. 

David Bermbach, Managing Director  

David Bermbach (left) was appointed Managing Director Strategy & Innovation of the Arnold & Richter Cine Technik GmbH in Munich, Germany, in February 2025. In this position, he is responsible for the business unit Camera Systems as well as Research & Development and is tasked with leading the company’s global product strategy while spearheading future innovation. David Bermbach started his professional career at Motorola as an R&D Contractor for Telematic Systems. Afterwards, he began his long tenure at ARRI with stations that include Technical Sales and Application Development Manager in Los Angeles and Project Manager for the ALEXA Mini camera in Munich. In 2017, David Bermbach became Head of Center of Competence Project Management and Senior Manager Product Development. Subsequently, he shifted to the ARRI Rental business as Head of Global Technology for two and a half years before transitioning back in 2023 to ARRI as Vice President & Technical Head of Business Unit Solutions. 

Christian Richter, Managing Director  

Christian Richter (right) was appointed Managing Director Sales & Rental of the Arnold & Richter Cine Technik GmbH in Munich, Germany, in February 2025. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s global sales endeavors across business units and subsidiaries. He also oversees the business units Lighting and ARRI Rental. Before coming to ARRI, Christian Richter spent 20 years at the Eastman Kodak Company working for their motion picture division as Vice President Pictures & Entertainment as well as Director of Sales & Marketing. In November 2017, ARRI brought Christian Richter on board to establish the ARRI Certified Pre‑Owned Program. Several short years later, he was trusted with the additional task of General Manager Sales Region EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India). At the beginning of 2024, Christian Richter became Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at ARRI, and ten months later Senior Vice President of Sales & Rental.
