Certified User Training for Cameras

Your ticket includes access to the online learning platform and participant documents to download.

Aside from the workshop itself, your ticket includes lunch, snacks, drinks, a folder with printed participant documents (incl. certificate), and an ARRI merchandise gift.

Refunds only apply to in-person events. The participant shall have the right to withdraw from the contract up to five calendar days before the start of the event. No cancellation charges up to 14 calendar days or more before the start of the event. Cancellation charges amounting to 25% of the event fees up to six calendar days or more, but lesser than 14, before the start of the event. The full participation fee is due five calendar days before the start of the event.

Yes, please send an email to academy@arri.de with a copy of your membership or student card or similar to receive a promo code. 

To provide you with the best interactive learning environment and up-to-date content the training will be available as streaming only.

Your Panopto account will be created within 24 hours and you will receive an email from Panopto with your login details for our learning platform: https://arri.academy/panopto.

You will have permanent access to your personal online service training library, with pre-recorded videos, up-to-date service manuals and software download links.

Yes, you will receive a personalized certificate that we will send out once you have completed the course. You do not have to pass any form of exam to get the certificate. If you have more than one technician working with our cameras, you will need to register each one individually.
