Job description:
  • Expert on our LED lighting products and network control interfaces (strong technical background required)
  • Provides technical support to the regional sales and business development teams
  • Prepares and conducts technical product demonstrations with leading end users, especially early adopters of new products
  • Presents 1st level support on product related questions to customers as well as to sales and business development manager
  • Understands and documents customer applications and use cases
  • Creates training content incl live and recorded media to support sales and marketing
  • Supports work of industry management to achieve a strong market reputation, leadership role in technology
  • Supports product management in following market trends, and identification of customer needs
  • Supports product management in the positioning and prioritization of features for new products
  • Participates at trade shows and events regionally
Requirements:
  • Degree in relevant studies such as film making, event management, information technologies or  equivalent technical education
  • Relevant expertise in light, lights and lighting
  • Profound know-how in network technologies
  • Application experience in in the filming industry, broadcast market, event or theater productions appreciated
  • Willingness to travel regionally frequently
  • Proficient with Microsoft software packages, including Office and TEAMS
  • Ability to relate End-user needs with technical implementation
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and autonomous way of working
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Effective troubleshooter with customers
  • Strong organizational and communication skill
