The demands placed on ARRI and its employees are manifold and constantly increasing in complexity. Our globally oriented Corporate Learning and Development division, working out of various ARRI offices worldwide, manages the conception, organization, and implementation of demand-oriented personnel development and training measures. This includes an extensive range of in-house training courses, workshops, and leadership programs (basic, advanced, and executive). The qualification measures for managers are derived from the ARRI Leadership Model.
