Terms & Conditions:

  • Repairs are billed at $100 per hour plus the cost of the parts.
  • Urgent Repairs will be billed at $175 per hour labor charge and subject to parts availability.
  • Shipping and invoicing information will be sent to the contact listed above.Please respond with the requested informatlon as quickly as possible so your product can be returned in a timely manner.
  • If you wish to pick up your equipment in person, you must provide payment and written notice 24 hours in advance to ServiceAdmins@arri.com.
  • Note: You do NOT need an RMA number for service or warranty service.
