The ARRICAM Lite Finder 2 is a small and lightweight spherical viewfinder based on the Universal Lite Finder design. It is brighter than the original Lite Finder which it replaces, and provides compatibility with the same extensions used by all other current ARRICAM viewfinders.

All standard ARRI viewfinder features have been incorporated, including camera left or right viewing, automatic or manual image rotation adjustment and a swing-in ND 6 contrast filter. In response to customer requests, the viewfinder arm now shares an important feature with all modern ARRI viewfinders: it telescopes to move the eyepiece farther from or closer to the camera. This allows all operators to find just the right eyepiece position for more comfortable viewing and is a welcome addition for left eyed camera operators.

Both the Universal Lite Finder and the Lite Finder 2 share the same superior optical quality of all other ARRI viewfinders. Both also use the Studio extensions. They also both use the Lite video assist, Lite Mask Frameglow and Lite Universal Viewfinder Bracket. By exchanging their viewfinder arms, a Lite Universal Viewfinder can be converted to a Lite Finder 2 and vice versa, using a system that is familiar from the 435/535B viewfinders.
