ARRIMOTION JCA-2

Since it is not always possible or desirable to move the camera directly, there are various ways to remotely move a camera that is on the ARRIMOTION system. With the Jogbox Cable Adapter JCA-2 it is now possible to control the ARRIMOTION system remotely from an encoded fluid head, e.g. the CAMS System by Movie Engineering.
Three input receptacles connect the encoders for pan, tilt and roll on a fluid head to the JCA-2. The Jogbox can be mounted to the head’s pan handle rosette with an adapter and the Jogbox Cradle. The adapter provides two rosettes, one for the small and one for the large Sachtler rosettes. Other adapters can be built on request.

 


Please note that if remote control is required for an operator who feels more comfortable with geared heads, the Jogbox Handwheel Controller JHC-1 (K2.52136.0) can be used. It is a remote control station with hand wheels, duplicating the feel of a geared head.
