THIRD ARCHIVE WORKSHOP: 19th June – 20th June 2012
ARRI's third annual archive and restoration workshop in Munich has come to a close and was, once again, a great success.
Professionals from all areas of the restoration industry and all corners of the globe attended the event, coming together to share their experiences preserving delicate film materials for future generations. More than just a technology forum, the workshop encouraged debate on the complex ethical issues of image restoration, such as the degree to which DI techniques should be used to restore missing or damaged elements.
